Below is an excerpt from the published citation order from the Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau against John Worldpeace.

 

It has come to our attention that your company, acting under your direction, apparently sent one or more unsolicited advertisements to telephone facsimile machines in violation of Section 227(b)(1)(C) of the Communications Act, as described in the attached complaint(s). Section 227(b)(1)(C) makes it "unlawful for any person within the United States, or any person outside the United States if the recipient is within the United States . . . to use a telephone facsimile machine, computer, or other device to send an unsolicited advertisement to a telephone facsimile machine." As relevant here, an "unsolicited advertisement" is "any material advertising the commercial availability or quality of any property, goods, or services which is transmitted to any person without that person's prior express invitation or permission." Under Commission rules and orders in effect during the relevant period here, the Commission considered an established business relationship between a fax sender and recipient to constitute prior express invitation or permission to send a facsimile advertisement. Mere distribution or publication of a fax number, however, does not establish consent to receive advertisements by fax.

On December 22, 2007, I became a political prisoner in the United States Federal Bureau of Prisons. The official charge was resisting my attempted arrest (which I did not do) by a Deputy Federal Marshall on a CIVIL bench warrant to appear as a witness in a federal court. I was charged with a misdemeanor for which I served the maximum sentence of one year, day for day, in the Harris County Jail and in the Brooks County Federal Detention Center in Falfurrias, Texas. I had no criminal history, no prior arrest and I pled guilty dispite my innocence becasue I fully understand American justice. I was kept in solitary confinement because I am White, was denied medical treatment, was given an inadequate amount of food to eat, was denied telephone privileges and denied recreation as well as kept in a cell that on the average was 65 degree farenheit.

Like Gandhi, King, Mandela, the Apostle Paul and other peace advocates, I wrote while I was incarcerated...

"That is good news (conviction/sentenced), except that a man like him should be locked up forever. 12 months is just enough to give him time to re-group and come back out ready to get revenge on all that has crossed his path. Judgment Day:

on May 9, federal court judge has signed the final judgment document on John Worldpeace. He was found guilty of one count of "Resist, oppose, impede, intimidate and interfere with a federal officer engaging in official duties". In other words, resisting arrest. Sentence is 12 months custody in a federal prison, to be served concurrently with his state conviction on contempt of court (for continuing to practice as an attorney after disbarment, I believe).

So, he's behind bars for a bit.

Must have missed this from John Worldpeace...

TRUE LOVE:

For me, love starts out with attraction and chemistry. And that must be there for a relationship to go the distance. Of that I am convinced. It is the glue that binds the entire relationship. But true love, is built on a foundation of many many loving acts that come from a true desire to make someone happy. From a respect for who that person is which for me transcends the trickier less stable emotional connections. I have seen so many relationships where the chemistry was off the charts but the marriage or relationship failed because the core personalities were just too much out of sync.

So I am looking for someone who can give and receive love daily. Sometimes moment to moment. Yes I want that initial click. But for me I am asking the question as to whether this person can go to the next level. Can this person achieve and does she desire to achieve a love over time that is so deep and intense that body mind and soul merge and there is a desire to never disengage from the physical intimate connection. This is possible but seldom achieved between couples. It requires an openness, desire, respect, and love.

DATING: Until I find true love, I intend to find pleasure in dating. I want to experience some fairy tale romance as well as some just pleasant and pleasing casual togetherness. For me, there is nothing to compare with spending quality time with a very special woman.

What is sad is Joyce brought all of this on herself. She was the member of the church and he did not attend. She did not get her way and she enlisted John's help to bully other church members.

She knew what a snake John was and told people so. On one of him many mayoral runs he would pester the members with automated calls. One time I told her (not knowing about him) that I had gotten a call from him asking for my vote and she told me "to not listen to that idiot".
