Having been with HG since mid summer I am truly a dissatisfied customer. Throughout the length of my stay here my sites rarely loaded in a timely fashion. Most times when going to any of my sites the browser would sit there as say "waiting for...." and could take anywhere from 5 seconds to several minutes before my site was even found. My google webmaster tools accounts all have multiple errors for DNS Time Outs in the crawler stats and my ranks have suffered for that. The server I am on is new and it is only 6% full so the issue has to be in the network/backbone itself. If you are considering opening an account with HG I would recommend going elsewhere, I will be soon..."

Companies manipulate salaries of web design/hosting workers according to employee comment

Tess dela Cruz and Bruce Silverman manipulate the computation of employee salaries.  Also, Mrs. de la Cruz is very unapproachable.  No one can even ask questions about one's salary because she will just intimidate you.  She is currently the general manager of Silver Connect aka Allied Web Design.  And never ever accept offers from them specially from Jill.  She uses different aliases (she and most of their sales team change their names to sound like American even their accents are indians) just to make sales.

More suspicious emails from the Phillipines about David Wolter (Morris) and his relationship with John Worldpeace and Worldpeace Web Design?

Recently received the following email that blames John Worldpeace for the bad relationship and employee issues. How does it sound to you?

"I just came to this web site and i was also a vitim of this company. i remember working there and it wosnt so bad but i was hoping for future there. I learned so much and i am succssfull today making more moeny then i would dream now.

I am a confused a little bcuz sir david i know for a fact was the worst victum of all.

i worked with sir david, and why you have his picutre and say bad things about him. Sir david worked 24 hours a day to keep us employyed and tought us everything we know, we are all thankfull for him. I remember him just worn out, tired exhaused and also worry money because his father would never send and he had to fight off electricity company to not shut down.

He was in hell but he fight for us, and keep us working and even his own money he pay us because his father would not.

If you know sir david you wont say those things about him and under stand how bady he was treated by his own father, and we all felt sorry for him.  I talk to him somethines in chat and tell him thanks for his leanring, maybe you should contact him for yourself and see.

I think hes like us, and just trying to move on from that bad experience, he has not talked to his father since the day his father said him no more money do the work and make the poeple work free.  i remember sir dave say to us that his father wants us to work free and sir david said he cant do that to us because its not moral and bad, and hesay with so sorry that it failed and he never have access to banks to get money to pay, i even go with him to Atm and the balance zero.

That guy worldpeace is bad and sir david i dont think will ever talk to him again, you would just have to be there to see his face and health that day. I never forget it.

Ex-employees still holding bounced checks from John Worldpeace

I was an employee in John WorldPeace's Office when it was located in heights, houston, texas. This bastard didn't give my salary for about 2 months. The checks he gave bounced back and on repeatedly calling him, he threatened me that he is a lawyer. I was new in USA and was not aware of all legal procedures so didn't take any action. Those bounced checks are still with me. He deserves to be punished  -- comment left by ABC

FCC publishes citation order for John Worldpeace illegal use of telephone solicitations

Below is an excerpt from the published citation order from the Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau against John Worldpeace.

It has come to our attention that your company, acting under your direction, apparently sent one or more unsolicited advertisements to telephone facsimile machines in violation of Section 227(b)(1)(C) of the Communications Act, as described in the attached complaint(s). Section 227(b)(1)(C) makes it "unlawful for any person within the United States, or any person outside the United States if the recipient is within the United States . . . to use a telephone facsimile machine, computer, or other device to send an unsolicited advertisement to a telephone facsimile machine." As relevant here, an "unsolicited advertisement" is "any material advertising the commercial availability or quality of any property, goods, or services which is transmitted to any person without that person's prior express invitation or permission." Under Commission rules and orders in effect during the relevant period here, the Commission considered an established business relationship between a fax sender and recipient to constitute prior express invitation or permission to send a facsimile advertisement. Mere distribution or publication of a fax number, however, does not establish consent to receive advertisements by fax.
