Pending bankruptcy filing by Joyce Wolter, the mother of John Worldpeace and owner of the Worldpeace Web Design building.

Interesting, Mr. Worldpeace, that you should mention bankruptcy. It must be on your mind, as your mother, Joyce Wolter, recently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy This was in October 2006 - see US Bankruptcy Court, Texas Southern District for details - and the case is still pending.

As she owns the house in which Worldpeace Web Designs is operating, I'm guessing that house is at risk; not sure of current bankruptcy laws, but I recall the ole' common law that a person can keep only their one "homestead" and one horse. Extra property would have to be disposed to pay-off the creditors. - seeker
