Isaac stated that John Worldpeace filed chapter 7 personal bankruptcy in 1999, so John Worldpeace has to wait 6 or 7 years to again file for personal bankruptcy. Therefore he can file again in....uh oh...2007. Hmmm, any predictions anyone?
